Job Description Laborer Grounds Maintanence- Headland, ALGolden Peanut and Tree NutsThis is a full time, hourly positionJob Responsibilities:To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury cultureFull compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADMExhibit regular and prompt attendanceMaintain attendance record in accordance with company policyAble to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to:
prolonged periods of standing, working at various heights, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in a variety of conditions (hot, cold, etc.)Ability to lift 50 poundsDemonstrate initiative to work independently, while flexible enough to work in team setting when neededHigh School graduate or equivalent preferredOperate zero turn lawn mower and all other associated lawn maintenance equipment.Operate pressure washing equipment.Perform sanitation in work area.Conduct job tasks with positive, safe attitude and maintain a safe work record.Any other duties assigned by Lead Person or Supervisor.This position is located at our Headland, Alabama Shelling PlantADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
