Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the S&OP process in collaboration with sales, operations, and finance teams
Analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans to identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings to review and adjust the S&OP plan


Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales and operations planning or demand planning
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends
Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions and inventory management systems
