Description: Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Virtual Team Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $60k Base + industry-leading incentive plan. Total Target Comp range $150k - $500k+ Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager (this role will sell as well) to develop and lead our virtual sales program. The Regional Sales Manager will play a significant role in the strategic planning, execution, and expansion of the lead generation force in the assigned territory. Leading all field marketing efforts, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall success and growth of their teams. This role is responsible for coaching, motivating, and managing a team of energy consultants to meet and exceed targets. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for renewable energy. Recruit, train, and lead a virtual sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools for success. Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth and market expansion. Develop or refine systems and processes to support objectives. Manage team to key performance indicators (KPIs). Foster a high-energy and positive team culture. Monitor sales metrics, provide regular reports, and conduct team meetings for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and regulations for strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and performance metrics while staying updated on industry trends for continuous improvement opportunities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all company and regulatory compliance obligations. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned. Requirements: Qualifications, Skills & Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of solar sales experience. 1+ years of leadership experience with a passion for coaching, training, and motivating others. Proven success with recruiting, training, and leading sales teams. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer/technology skills. MS Office, Salesforce, Solar Proposal Tools (Aurora, Solo, etc.) preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, build relationships, and network. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. A positive attitude and ability to keep moving forward. Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screenings. Ability to ambulate, manage stairs, and be stationary for long periods in various weather conditions. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
