  • ICU experience required. Must be comfortable with all ICU procedures
  • 18+ Patients Per shift
  • 35 Beds in Department
  • Facility will accept multiple providers
  • Admissions Required
  • ICU Requirements: Ventilator management, intubations, placing arterial lines, etc.
  • Board Certified Required
  • Active AZ License or IMLC Accepted
  • ACLS, BLS Required
  • EMR: Cerner
