Our referral-based program, The Hummingbird Project, seeks to enrich the lives of older adults through personalized, one-on-one connections. Our interdisciplinary team is committed to delivering exceptional care and support, and we're looking for someone with your unique skills to contribute to our mission.What We Want:We seek an Activity Specialist to develop and implement therapeutic activities that improve the quality of life for our clients.
