You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer's point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities:

--- Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
--- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
--- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
--- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
--- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender


Qualifications:

--- An established track record of successful real estate sales
--- 1+ year of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
--- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
--- High school diploma or GED required
--- Should have or be pursuing a real estate license
