About ABA Therapy PartnersWe believe in the power of a talented group of people with the intention to make a difference, focused on achieving a common goal, and breaking down barriers to make it happen. --The core of our business -----" and our differentiation - is our team-centric culture and our cutting edge operations. --We support our clinicians with the best culture and tools, allowing them to do their work efficiently and with joy. --This results in better continuity of care and long-term results.----ABA Therapy Partners is looking for a part-time BCBA for supervision and assessments.Responsibilities:Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs.Conduct weekly in-home, and remote supervision sessions.Establish trust and rapport with parents in order to maintain positive relationships.Utilize analytical skills in order to recognize and define goals for each individualized case.Analyze behavioral data.Develop lesson plans and training materials according to parent training curriculumIncrease parent participation in child's program development and implementationCollaborate with Clinical Directors, current Parent Trainer, Supervisors, and Behavior Therapist/RBT Trainer to discuss treatment and areas of improvement pertaining to each client.Assist in conducting FBAs, skill acquisition intake assessments, and develop reports.Perform administrative duties and other tasks, as needed.Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.Maintain professionalism when representing the company by working cooperatively and courteously with clinical team members.Qualifications:Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board REQUIRED.At least 2 years of ABA supervisory experience.Experience with FBAs and report writing a plus.In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.Problem-solving, decision making, and analytical skills.Patient, compassionate, and approachable.Demonstrates cultural sensitivity.Strong interpersonal skills.Time management, organization, and documentation.Vendorization with Anthem and Aetna preferred.www.abatherapypartners.comPI26685ea32578-25660-34374185 More...
