  • Develop and communicate strategic plans that leverage Recorded Future's comprehensive threat intelligence capabilities, specifically tailored to the civilian market.
  • Drive sales strategy and performance with hands-on involvement in sales calls, providing real-time guidance to sellers.
  • Establish and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies, using KPIs and OKRs to drive decision-making and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Foster a positive, accountable environment by mentoring all sellers and focusing on their continuous professional growth.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of enterprise sales methodologies and value selling to maximize deal potential and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize SaaS tools such as Gong and Clari to analyze data and generate insights, managing both leading and lagging indicators for accurate forecasting.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, keeping leadership informed of key issues and potential deal changes that impact results.
  • Champion a team-oriented culture that promotes collaboration and assistance on deals, with an emphasis on creativity and deal progression.What you'll bring as the Director, Civilian Sales:
    • 5+ years of managerial experience within the civilian sales space.
    • Proven track record in the cybersecurity industry, demonstrating the ability to lead teams to exceed sales quotas.
    • Expertise in utilizing metrics for performance management and operational decisions.
    • Strong proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies and value selling.
    • Effective use of SaaS tools for strategic insights and operational efficiency.
