Position Title: Field Coordinator (22258) Location: North Port, FL - North Port, FL Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly Description:Position Summary: Provides exceptional quality work and positive customer service. The Field Coordinator is ultimately responsible for coordinating and ensuring a smooth site installation.Work Hours:Average of 38 48 hours per week. Nights, weekends and out of town trips as required. Ability to work overtime. Start time 6:00 am each day. (subject to change based on job need)Required education and experience: Working knowledge of installation guidelines and AWI standards Must have a clean driving record Clean and neat appearance Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings Team player with a positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills OSHA 30 certification preferred First Aid/CPR Certification preferred, but not required Maintain/manage jobsite inventory/organization Ability to learn, navigate and successfully use construction software programs (i.e. PlanGrid, Site Manager, ProCore, etc.)Essential functions: Provides Project Superintendent and Project Managers status updates on the project daily Coordinate internally with other project execution disciplines and external suppliers to insure proper quality control planning is performed in advance of construction Help create and/or gather required documents and information to support the successful completion of relevant construction activities Help represent the construction team in project meeting settings Develop project estimates, designs, sketches, drawings, in accordance with applicable codes & standards as required Arrive at sound and prudent decisions, course of action or a conclusion, especially when only limited facts are available Solve problems quickly May serve as project manager on technical projects (investigation, analysis and design) in specific areas of expertise Interpret blueprints and shop drawings and identify conflicts prior to installation. Always perform job safely including wearing appropriate PPE per OSHA guidelines and asking for help with lifting Other duties as assigned Qualifications:Requirements and Working Conditions:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions.Essential Technical/Motor Skills: Ability to enter and retrieve data from computer. Ability to operate modern office business machinery. Ability to operate phone system. Ability to operate a motor vehicle for minimum travel.Essential Sensory Requirements: Ability to converse in calm and friendly manner. Ability to communicate on the phone.Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment. This routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copy machines.
