LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a permanent job opportunity in West Palm Beach, Florida. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for this position.
Responsiiblites include:

• Coordinate commercial and residential real estate transaction closings
• Assist with preparation and review of loan documents
• Order and review title commitments and surveys
• Prepare closing binders and handle post closing matters
• Order, review, and abstract UCC/judgement
• Perform other related duties as assigned
  Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of prior paralegal experience, specifically in commercial real estate
  • Associate's degree in Paralegal StudiesBenefits:
