This position is primarily for outpatient pediatrics. Education Must have a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Licensure/Certification Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana as a physical therapist. If eligible for licensure , must obtain license within 3 months of employment.
