What you will do as a Registered Nurse with Shared Services Home Health Care:

Not only will you be growing in your career, but you will also be gaining another family.

• Regularly re-evaluates patient nursing needs.
• Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
• Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.
• Visit clients routinely in order to observe and evaluate each clients' physical and emotional status.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all client care information.
• Monitor nursing care to ensure that all clients are treated fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect. Where you could be working with us in home care:

  • North Washtenaw County What it takes to join our team:
    • Schedule: On Call Monday-Friday Rotation
    • At least 1 year experience in Home Care preferred
    • 1-2 years RN experience in acute care
