Description & Requirements Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Overview: Xerox Human Capital Management is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager to provide strategic leadership and act as a Business Relationship Manager, focusing on HR and Payroll Operations within a global framework. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is adept in navigating the complexities of HR and Payroll operations, particularly within a Global Business Services model. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking innovator, capable of transforming strategic vision into tangible technology solutions on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong business relationships as a strategic advisor, aligning technology strategies with the global objectives of HR and Payroll Operations Develop and execute an HR Technology roadmap, delivering technical solutions that enhance HR and Payroll Operations worldwide Provide guidance to HR leaders on innovative Digital HR Technology solutions, improving global service delivery, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
