We are currently seeking a Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician to join our team.Job Summary:Provides essential contributions to monitor and advance the company's safety and quality programs.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.-- Pre-operational inspections and documentation-- GMP monitoring-- Fat testing-- N60 Plus sampling-- Thermometer calibrations-- Temperature checks-- Environmental testing-- Sanitation checks/mid-shift inspection-- Carcass swabs-- Observational record keeping-- Production Quality reports-- Other sample preparations and SARFsJOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and job duty satisfactorily.
