The Senior Director, Medical Affairs Launch Excellence is accountable for defining and implementing clear processes and standards for Medical Affairs new product launches based on Phase 2/3 studies as well as line extensions. This role will own and maintain the end-to-end Medical Affairs Launch Framework, which will serve as the consistent approach to drive MAF Launch Excellence across our portfolio. This role will serve as strategic advisor to Medical Affairs Strategy Teams (MASTs) & will ensure the key MAF Launch deliverables are integrated within GCSO Launch Excellence cross-functional launch plans and frameworks. This role will elevate WW MAF launch excellence by advising teams on strategy development through such activities as Challenge Sessions & Launch Readiness Reviews. This role will Institutionalize Launch Learnings byharnessing and incorporating internal and external launch learnings for a continuous feedback loop; Identify best practices and analogs for a knowledge management repository; Identify any knowledge gaps and close them for the organization. Major Duties & Responsibilities Own and maintain the end-to-end Medical Affairs Launch Framework, which will serve as the consistent approach to drive MAF Launch Excellence across the portfolio. --- Define and implement clear processes and standards for Medical Affairs new product launches based on Phase 2/3 studies as well as line extensions. --- Develop and train the MAF organization on templates, tools and processes --- Work with Global/Regional/Country MAF leaders to facilitate the implementation, training, and adoption of MAF Launch Excellence template, tools and processes. Serve as strategic advisor to Medical Affairs Strategy Teams (MASTs) and cross-functional partners. Ensure the key MAF Launch deliverables are integrated within GCSO Launch Excellence and Regional/Local cross-functional launch plans and frameworks.
