Honeywell is currently seeking a Senior Flight Ops Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient
operation of our flight services. Your expertise as a dispatcher, along with
your attention to detail, will be crucial in providing accurate trip
scheduling, flight following, and maintaining passenger and crew manifests. You
will also be responsible for scheduling travel for company passengers on
various modes of transportation, including our company aircraft. Additionally,
you will handle the scheduling of ground transportation and accommodations for
crew members and passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trip scheduling, continual flight following, and accurate passenger and crew
  manifests
• Scheduling travel for company passengers on all modes of transportation,
  including the company aircraft
• Scheduling ground transportation and accommodations for crew members and
  passengers
• Scheduling company aircraft for flights and maintenance
• Entering flight times and maintaining department flight records
• Retaining passenger manifests and logs for all flights
• Maintaining current information on the location of Honeywell Flight
  Operations aircraft
• Providing flight crews with Flight Plan and weather information
• Arranging aircraft fueling for trips and negotiating discounts with fuel
  providers
• Obtaining necessary landing/overflight permits, slots, and visas for
  passengers and crew members when flying into and out of foreign countries
• Selecting and arranging Fixed Base Operators (FBOs)
• Assisting Flight Attendants with catering ordersYOU MUST HAVE
  • Holds an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License
  • Minimum of 10
    years of experience as a dispatcherWE VALUE
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
