Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
: Associates Degree in Respiratory Care OR Completion of Respiratory Care
Program Accredited by Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care
(CoARC)
Preferred Education: Associates Degree in Respiratory Care OR Completion of Respiratory Care
Program Accredited by Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care
(CoARC) and 20 years of experience
Registered by NBRC; a current North Carolina License issued by North Carolina
Respiratory Care Board (NCRCB) and a current BCLS.
Preferred License: ACLS, PALS, NRP (Pediatric-Perinatal Specialty)

Preferred Experience: 2 Years Critical Care
OSHA Category: Potential for exposure to blood or body fluids.
Patient Care Group: Neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and the dying patient.
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
State Registered Respiratory Therapist must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Associate Degree
