Works closely with salespeople, external customers, and brokers to maintain pricing and promotion data integrity.2. Analyze market trends, pricing, and internal cost structures to develop and recommend competitive and sustainable pricing strategies.3. Analyzes pricing data, including historical pricing and sales data to identify trends.4. Works collaboratively with internal partners to ensure all orders are processed correctly.5. Reviews and updates new and existing customer accounts to ensure correct pricing.6. Enforces company policies and procedures related to pricing, promotions, allowances and any other discounts that may be applicable.7. Has a basic familiarity with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) practices.8. Works with external partner sales portals to update and maintain pricing and promotions.9. Assists with special projects that may require large amounts of data entry.10. Ability to handle large amounts of data & data-mine to draw strategic insights with a sense of urgency, and succinctly represent it in an engaging and fast-paced, deadline driven environment.11. Capable of juggling multiple projects at once, last minute requests and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude12. Ability to synthesize information/data with storytelling.13. High degree of analytical ability with a flawless attention to detail.Education and Experience1. Bachelor's Degree is required.2. 2-5 years' experience in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing. Experience in a CPG and/or manufacturing environment preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities1. Working knowledge of Python, TPM/TPO, CRM and MS Excel, and Power-BI experience encouraged.2. Demonstrated ability to work within a cross-functional role.3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Physical Demands and Working Conditions1. Office environment.2. Travel up to 10%.3.
