DeLallo is seeking candidates for a--Production Forklift Operator--at our New Stanton, PA facility.-- This position typically works full-time hours with the primary responsibilities including moving food ingredients and packaged finished food items through the use of fork lifts and other equipment, in addition to assisting in the production process as needed.-- The hours for the position are Monday - Friday beginning at 5:00 AM and working until the job is completed; overtime and--weekends as needed.----What We Offer: Competitive Wages 401(k) Matching Advancement Opportunities Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Eligibility to participate in benefits after 14 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision, and other great benefits. Responsibilities: Safely operate a stand-up forklift & stand up reach truck--to move ingredients and finished goods Assist in the daily set-up and operation of the equipment as the production schedule dictates Maintain a steady pace and adjust as needed to match production speed requirements Assist with all production responsibilities, as needed Maintain proper levels of supplies to line and proper flow of product through various packaging stages Stack product or boxes of product on pallets Pick and return items to inventory accurately After completion of production run, clean and sanitize equipment and work area All other tasks as assigned or required-- Willingness and ability to work with products that may contain gluten, cheese, tree nuts and other food allergens Must be able to obtain a forklift certification and also pass a Safe Food assessment Demonstrate a high attention to detail Willingness to wear company issued uniform, safety shoes, and PPE as required Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, pull, push, and stoop Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
