Baer is looking for SuccessFactors ABAP Developer for a 6+ month Remote project.Title: SuccessFactors ABAP DeveloperLocation: Remote (Must be based in US)Duration: 6 months - **Part Time - 15 Hours Per Week**Rate: All-inclusiveAlignment: W2 or C2CResponsibilities:Design and develop integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite for SF Recruitment Management (RCM), SF Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), and SAP ERP HCM.Expertise in Talent Hybrid Integration add-on to enhance integration capabilities between SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.Develop and maintain interfaces using groovy scripting and web services.Utilize SAP SuccessFactors APIs and ERP HCM Integration Patterns effectively to support business processes.Strong ABAP programming skills within SAP HCM, focusing on Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) modules.Configure and manage BIB Replication setups from SAP ERP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC).Create comprehensive unit test cases for integration scenarios to ensure reliability and functionality.Document integration designs and technical specifications thoroughly.Interface with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and gather feedback to refine systems.Qualifications:Proven experience with SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations.Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as RCM and ONB 2.0.Proficient in ABAP development related to SAP HCM.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.Experience in writing technical specifications and integration documents.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Extensive experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations, specifically with talent solutions.Certification in SAP ABAP development and/or SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.Company Overview:Baer is an Enterprise Performance Partner providing job opportunities with several 1st Tier Global Systems Integrators and a wide array of Fortune 1000 clients.
