Description
Our client is hiring a Network Engineer! This person will support the network management station, they use Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, PRTG etc.) and will be an escalation point for a Network 2 technician and a Voice Engineer out in the field. Typically, this person will complete about 3 tickets per day. Majority of tickets are wireless related; second most popular are configuration issues with IOT devices.

Wired/Wireless network configuration and support experience (access point troubleshooting)
Cisco experience (routers/switches)
VOIP/Telephony services experience (call manager)
**Must be comfortable managing and training others as this person will be responsible for issues escalated by one Network Engineer 2 and one VOIP person.
