Facility: East Patient Building Location: Sioux Falls, SD Address: 1305 W 18th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Rotating Shifts Weekly Hours: 36. 00 Salary Range: $2367.28 - $2902.96 Department Details Experienced RNs come join the Solutions By Sanford team! We are looking for RN's with at least two years of experience and at least one year of travel experience to join our team. You must live at least 60 miles from the location you are applying for. You will be paid weekly, your stipend is included in the weekly pay rate. You will also be eligible for Sanford Benefits. Contracts are 13 weeks with the option to extend or go to another Sanford site! Specialized Telemetry Care: Our 19-bed telemetry unit specializes in providing high-quality care to complex patients with diverse medical needs. From acute and chronic renal failure to heart failure, diabetes, cancer, and paralysis, we are equipped to manage a wide range of diagnoses and conditions, including caring for kidney transplant recipients and living donors. Comprehensive Services: In addition to inpatient care, our unit offers specialized services such as outpatient infusions for kidney transplant patients, ensuring continuity of care and optimal recovery even after discharge. This comprehensive approach enhances patient outcomes and promotes a seamless transition from inpatient to outpatient care. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Our nursing staff collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team of specialists, physicians, pharmacists, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, case managers, and social workers to deliver individualized and holistic care to our patients. This collaborative approach ensures that each patient receives comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
