ATA Services, Inc., is seeking a full-time, in person Administrative Assistant to work for our client, Vermont's Economic Services Division.Please review details listed below:Duration: No End DateHourly rate: $17.25/hrHours: Monday through Friday between 7:45 and 4:30. Location: Rutland, VermontDuties:General clerical support to the Admin Tech. Reviewing applications, submissions, and other documents. A variety of office management functions such as greeting clients and staff, reviewing and processing invoices, and routing requests for services or information to appropriate personel.
