PDS Tech is looking for a Structural Analysis Engineer in Everett, WA for a top Aerospace Company:**US Citizenship Or Green Card Required** (We don't do C2C/C2H).Job Type: 6 Months ContractLocation: Everett, WA 98204 (onsite)Schedule: Monday to Friday; First ShiftPay Rate: $65 to $75.00/ per hourJob Duties:

• Develops, integrates and documents structural requirements to establish the system design.
• Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment.
• Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics, and performance.
• Develops test plans and configurations, supports test execution and analyzes/reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
• Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied.
• Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements.
• Works under general direction.*100% onsite in Everett or Renton, WA*US Person required (US Citizenship or Green Card).Education/Experience
  • Bachelor of Science degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master of Science degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Civil. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
    • Experience with Fatigue, Damage Tolerance, and/or Finite Element Analysis
    • Experience with Finite Element AnalysisPreferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with applying free body hand diagrams and calculations
      • Experience with Boeing Stress Analysis tools such as: FEADMS, IAS, SA, MossDuberg,
      • Experience navigating CAD/3D, Boeing: CATIA, PDM/ENOVIA
      • Stress Analysis review and integration experience with supplies and global partners
      • Previous experience with commercial airplane Wing and Fuselage structural analysis; Doors/Windows/Landing Gear Analysis; Flight controls, Mechanical Hydraulics, High lift, Electrical, and/or ECS system installation structural stress analysis experience. More...
