Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Diesel Mechanic to join a local construction company.Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the best course of action for repair. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. Repair or replace faulty parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs. Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality.Qualifications: Valid Drivers license required, CDL preferred but not required. Diesel experience a plus. Ability to run small equipment such as skid steer, forklift, etc. Must be dependable and on time. Requires some field work outside of Walla Walla shop and overnight travel occasionally.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:
