- Coordinate property management projects and assignments.
- Conduct apartment inspections, manage lease renewals, and handle resident interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and facilitate financial transactions.Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.Move-In and Move-Out Utilities Setup:
- Coordinate utility setups and transfers for properties.
- Communicate with tenants, landlords, and utility providers.
- Address utility billing discrepancies promptly.Customer Service:
