Prepared spreadsheets and financial reports and set shipping rates. Sourced and procured carrier services to ensure timely delivery of customer freight. Built and promoted ongoing carrier relationships without relying solely on load boards. Negotiated rates on a spot or transactional basis with carriers. Managed pricing negotiations and obstacles with carriers.
