Labor Finders in BENTON is IMMEDIATELY looking to hire *PRODUCTION / ASSEMBLY ASSOCIATES* for work at a company in the Little Rock area that has an urgent need.* *Position:* Production / Assembly* *Pay: *$14.50/HR* *Days: *Monday - Thursday (4x10)* *Shifts*: 4pm-2:30am / 10 hours* *Location:* Little Rock, AR* *Start Date:* ASAP* *Length: *Temp-To-Hire Opportunity.*Job Duties: *Working in a production facility where you'll be dong assembly on your feet for the majority of the shift, working on the production line. Will need to be able to produce kits in a timely & accurate manner to meet customer expectation and demand, while performing various duties of the job. Will be exposed to moving mechanical parts. Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment and be able to meet the requirements below.*Requirements:** Minimum 18 years of age.* Pre-assignment drug screen.* Pre-assignment background screen.* Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including but not limited to regularly lifting 10 lbs., frequently lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
