Exceed your potential with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring for Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving lead in Hayward, CA.As a Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving lead, you will:Pull and stages outbound orders using iPad to scan QR codes and print BOLs.Loads and unloads inbound and outbound trucks.Receives materials into the system and generates GRN labels.Operate material handling equipment (forklift) to move materials from one part of the plant to another.Steel band and/or power stretch-wrap pallets as specified per customer's specifications.Responsible for maintaining a safe clean work environment for OSHA and 5-S compliance.Rotation of stock to ensure FIFO.Proper storage of non-compatible products in designated storage areas to comply with Fire Department regulations.This is a Full-time opportunity.The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:Previous lead or supervising warehouse experience.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with pulling orders, staging, re-palletizing, etc.Forklift license a plus but not required for hire; will be certified on site.General clean up duties; sweeping, squeegeeing floors, operation of floor scrubber, etc.Must be able to read, comprehend written and verbal instructions.Some computer experience.Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 hr.Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
