An ideal candidate is motivated, collaborative, and works well in an interdisciplinary team. This clinic is a fast-paced environment and providers are responsible for medical services in a PACE facility. New graduates are welcome to apply. Required Qualifications

• CA medical license as NP
• CA DEA certificate before start date
• Board certified
• CPR certification
• Demonstrated experience in community clinic and/or Managed Care System
• Experience working with the elderly Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical Spanish Responsibilities
    • Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of the elderly
    • Perform therapeutic procedures, including preventative care and follow up
    • Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services
    • Chart review and document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy and JCAHO standards
    • Coordinates the preparation of reports and written documentation including medical records, as required by the department clinic, state and federal agencies
    • Supervises Nurses and assistants in examining room and may serve as preceptor for team members Benefits
