MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for emergency department (ED) for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Clearlake, California. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and 18 months of experience in an acute care emergency room setting. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required in some positions As an ED travel nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, intervening, and stabilizing trauma and illnesses with decisive action. You must also be knowledgeable about general and specific health issues and have an understanding of triage to prioritize injuries based on medical needs. You will make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
