Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients within their homes. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Regular nurse visits
• Wound care
• Develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and promoting wellness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Monitor and document patient progress and make appropriate recommendations Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in Florida
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in home health or a related field
  • Proficient in clinical assessments and care planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certification in Home Health Care
    • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
