If you are someone who is motivated and looking for a career and not just a job we would love for you to join our team!**If this sounds like you, submit your application now!**Responsibilities:** Front desk receptionist responsibilities* Manage therapists schedules as per the need of the families* Keep all schedules up to date on the scheduling system* Arrange coverage for therapists cancellations* Manage continuity of care* Maintain upcoming time off schedule and ensure coverage for time offs for short term and long term needs* Address clients request for schedule changes* Help client understand the importance of consistent arrival to appointments* Keep the facilities organized and clean at all times* Other administrative duties as assigned* Obtain prior authorizations and help track authorization expirations and visit limits* Ensures waitlist is managed and clients are scheduled as soon as possible* Guides decisions made regarding scheduling*Qualifications & Experience:** Prior scheduling experience ( 1 year preferred)* Customer service experience (1 year preferred)* Prior authorization experience (preferred)* Medical terminology (1 year preferred)* Proficiency using Apple products and Google Workspace (1 year experience preferred)* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills* Strong analytical and problem solving skills* Excellent planning, time management and prioritization skills with the ability to meet expected deadlines* Flexible, positive, and adaptive to a fast-paced environment with changing schedule-related needs* Punctual and reliable* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as work with a team*Schedule:** *Monday to Thursday:* 10:00 am - 6:30 pm and *Friday:* 8:30 am - 5:00 pm*Location:** On-site/In-Person 5 days per week* Rolling Meadows, IL 60008:*Job Type:*Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceHealthcare setting:* Private practiceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* Medical scheduling: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble More...
