Join one urologic oncologist and 2 urology-dedicated APPs with their mission to provide compassionate and expert care to the community of Northwest Indiana, just 60 miles from Chicago.Hospital/ Facility Highlights:--- 220 bed hospital, 32 bed ICU unit, 30 bed ED--- Well-established hospital in the Northwest Indiana community--- New medical office buildingPosition Highlights:--- General, bread-and-butter urology position, some subspecialties can be supported, including robotic surgery--- Responsible for only one hospital, one medical office with large procedure rooms attached to the hospital--- Hospital has 2 da Vinci robots with plenty of OR block time available--- Collaborative, supportive team of physicians, 2 urology-dedicated advanced practice providers, and practice support staff--- Call is 1:3, and APPs help with day call--- Collaborative hospitalist service for inpatient care--- Robust employed primary care network referral base--- Highly competitive compensation package which include a very generous base salary (75th percentile & up!), commencement bonus, relocation bonus, medical loan repayment, and training stipend (if applicable)--- Additional benefits include: Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 401K with a match, CME allowanceArea Highlights:Located in the Midwest, this vibrant community in Indiana combines small-town charm with big-city amenities.
