Signing Bonus available Are you a licensed Elevator Mechanic seeking a rewarding job that involves helping people without the physical demands and hours of commercial work? We have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Certified Elevator Technician at MobilityWorks, you'll be a crucial part of our mission to enhance the home accessibility of individuals with limited mobility through residential lift installations. Responsibilities: Lead installer for a complete line of home accessibility products, including stairlifts, modular ramps, vertical platform lifts, ceiling lifts, pool lifts, and automatic door openers Mentor Home Access Technicians in an assigned region Perform Annual Preventive Maintenance Service Conduct repairs of accessibility products in customers' homes Read and complete tasks as communicated through written service orders Maintain and accurately account for service parts inventory Ensure company vehicles and equipment are operated safely and maintained in good working order Ensure a high level of quality in adherence to company standards Travel within a set region to install equipment that requires certifications Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with a good driving record Able to work flexible hours during the workweek and occasional out-of-town work Ability to use hand and power tools Possess electrical and mechanical experience Elevator Certification (CET) What We Offer: Employer Paid Benefits, including a Tuition Reimbursement Program, Employee Assistance Program, Life and Disability insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Company vehicle Fuel card Power and specialty tools Manufacturer and on-the-job training Boot allowance Education reimbursement Cell Phone reimbursement Rewards: Signing Bonus 10% bonus for hours mentoring Additional Benefits: An exceptionally rewarding experience within a collaborative team environment We highly encourage military veterans to apply, as we value their expertise and commitment.
