1st Shift Heavy Equipment OperatorLocated: Mason, MISchedule: Monday- Friday 7:00AM-4:30PMPay Rate: $18.00 per hour1st Shift Heavy Equipment Operator Job Description:As a Mobile Equipment Operator, you will operate mobile equipment such as lift trucks, cranes, track mobiles, and/or yard vehicles in order to move materials and products between workstations and/or receiving and storage locations. A Mobile Equipment Operator will ensure proper identification of parts and materials. At the Senior level, a Mobile Equipment Operator will operate switch- engine and coordinates activities of switch-engine crew within the plant yard. A Mobile Equipment Operator will move incoming or finished material to and from storage, production line, repair line, etc. a Mobile Equipment Operator will maintain safety of crew and rail cars and will follow all safety rules and practices. May also be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
