Re:Car, is a new US company that is exploring development in the electric vehicle space.
Who we are looking for:

Our IT team is adding a MS 365 Engineer to manage our Microsoft 365 environment, including Autopilot, Sentinel, Defender and Intune. In addition, the deployment and management of identity management and integration solutions will play a large part in this role. This role is meant to be both strategic and technical as we design our internal system architecture.
What you get to do:

• Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant, including security, compliance, licensing, and governance requirements.
• Implement and maintain Intune autopilot and ancillary system deployment with the goal of creating a streamlined process for onboarding of hardware and software profiles.
• Implement and manage Intune access controls such as Mobile Access Management and Mobile Device Management controls.
• Implement and maintain future Sentinel deployment and manage current Defender deployment, ensuring cyber best practices.
• Design and implement an Identity Management solution, using Entra or other tools, to streamline access, compliance and authentication across systems.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with ancillary systems, such as those in Human Resources, to automate workflows and data exchange.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT staff on Microsoft 365 related issues.
• Play a key role in corporate architecture design and cybersecurity controls.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Microsoft 365 and related technologies. What you bring to the team:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, including tenant management, security, compliance, and governance.
  • Experience in Intune autopilot deployment, Sentinel deployment, and Identity management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and features, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 or related technologies is a plus.
