- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop customized solutions tailored to meet customer objectives.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing and contractual agreements between customers and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to address customer needs and optimize their operations.
- Present and communicate the value proposition of business solutions, addressing customer requirements and pain points effectively.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services and contracts to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to implement and deliver integrated solutions on time, ensuring seamless collaboration, adherence to timelines, and the successful execution of desired outcomes.
- Monitor progress regularly, identifying potential bottlenecks, assessing key performance indicators, and proactively addressing any challenges to ensure the timely and successful completion of expected outcomes.
