This role requires deep technical & project management skills with Successfactors hands-on configuration knowledge and experience to ensure delivery with excellence. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate closely with various business partners including Corporate HR, shared services, SAP SuccessFactors, technical teams, consultants, and IT colleagues to address, implement and support project initiatives spanning different Colgate businesses across geographies.Work visa sponsorship not available for this positionMain ResponsibilitiesDrive the technologies that enable Career & talent development, succession planning and Employee Central in SAP Success factors along with Time & Attendance.Lead the development of HR technology, and implement the objectives catering to the above mentioned areas (like SuccessFactors Learning, SuccessFactors Succession Planning Tools) in a high growth environment.Perform hands-on configuration in SuccessFactors in the area of People Development (Succession, Performance, Development Modules) and/or Learning (LMS Module) and/or Employee CentralComplete the implementation and support of HR systems with the goal of using technology to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity.Conduct Security and Architecture reviews: work with HR Global Learning, Cybergrx system and representatives, HR Vendors GIT Security team, GIT Architecture team to facilitate reviews for new and sometimes existing vendors.Lead project management with offshore development centers and software vendors to develop and implement systems in the core areas of People development, Performance and Goals Management, and Employee data management projects.Maintain standards of system performance & reliability by following procedures, analyzing root causes & continuous improvementAdhere to global governance, project steps & documentationIndependently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solutionFunction as central coordinator balancing priorities for her areas of responsibility, working with our India GSSO organization, tracking SLA progress against plansStay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in the world of SAP SuccessFactors development and other technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research workRequired QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineer or related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in configuration & implementationIn depth knowledge of multiple development tools & SuccessFactorsProgramming skills is preferredAbility to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logicallyCurious demeanor and willingness to learn new technologiesPreferred QualificationsBusiness process knowledge in Human ResourcesPMP certificationCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range $91,200.00 - $151,200.00 USDPay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.
