In this pivotal role, you will take the helm in steering the corrective action activities for major customers affecting quality issues. Responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer complaints, leading investigations to identify root causes, and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.
  
• Overseeing the customer returns process and developing corrective measures to enhance product quality.
  
• Maintaining essential documentation for corrective and preventive action, receiving inspection, and product audit activities, including process flow charts, procedures, work instructions, forms, records, and relevant training materials.
  
• Leading internal audits for ISO 9001 certification and providing comprehensive reports and analysis to management regarding product quality.
  
• Facilitating customer feedback meetings and actively participating in the review of new product designs and manufacturing processes from a quality assurance perspective.
  
• Assisting in the certification process for customer quality standards such as ISO and TS, reporting quality issues and trends to management, and participating in both internal and external quality audits.
  
• Promoting safety awareness, identifying and addressing workplace hazards, and participating in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.
  
• Initiating and assisting in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Effectively managing, developing, and motivating both direct and indirect reports, encompassing tasks such as interviewing, hiring, training, conducting performance evaluations, and providing recognition.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical degree
    
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in quality manufacturing setting
    
  • 3+ years' experience leading problem-solving teams in a manufacturing environment
    
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt of equivalent
    
  • Experience with SAP quality module
    
  • Additional preferred skills include SolidWorks/AutoCAD, sheet metal background, design experience (jigs and fixtures)
