Job Summary: The Clinical Director is responsible for management of all clinical functions of the facility and treatment services. The Clinical Director is also responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, provides marketing support for the facility, and directs all activities within the facility in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations. Essential Functions: Execute clinical philosophy in programming through effective clinical curriculum, education, training, and clinical supervision and ensure that staff performance and client experience is consistent with highest standard of care Direct management and supervision of Clinical Department including Primary Therapists and Clinical Supervisors Oversee the departments compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standards Ensure all medical records and other hospital documentation are current and within state and federal laws Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment. Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients. Responsible for meeting census goals of clinic and each clinician (number of patients seen) Review and approve timecards through ADP ensuring adherence to all federal and state regulations with respect to Exempt and Non-Exempt staff Performs other tasks, as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred Professional License/Certification required Valid CPR license Minimum 2 years clinical outpatient experience preferred Knowledge of EMR system Able to troubleshoot, keen sense for decision making and judgment; action oriented; approachable Team player and effective at building and fostering teamwork as well as maintain composure when dealing with conflict Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Visits vs Budget (Clinic) EBITDA vs Budget (Clinic) NPS Score (Clinic) Days to Finalization 3+ (Timely Documentation) Visits per Shift Important Disclaimer Notice: The above statements are only intended to represent the essential job functions and general nature of the work being performed and are not exhaustive of the tasks that an Employee may be required to perform.
