Pleasant is seeking a compassionate and caring Director of Nursing to lead and support our resident care team. With the added support of a nurse designee and additional leadership in the resident care department, you can focus on quality assurance, care plans, resident assessments, regulatory compliance and associate training, without the added stress of heavy scheduling.In this position you will oversee hiring, training, and managing of our community care team.
