A recognized health services organization is actively seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Operating Room team as their new Ambulatory Circulator.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 4:3pm or 6pm to 3:30pm
• Specialty: Ambulatory Surgery
• Patient Population: Orthopedic cases Responsibilities:
  The Ambulatory Circulator (RN) will:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care during the intra-operative phase
  • Coordinate total patient care in coordination with other health team members particularly the Anesthesia team, Surgical Tech and Health Safety Services Tech
  • Function as a patient advocate utilizing the Patient's Bill of Rights
  • Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
    • NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • ACLS and BLS certifications
    • Proficient in Circulating & Scrubbing in Orthopedic cases or ability to learn the latter Desired Skills:
