Documents nursing care given using established forms; accurately reports results of medications and treatments; recognizes potential/actual complications and reports and records them immediately; documents all progress in patient medical records.*Requirements*Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with current licensure in the State of Ohio; *Drug Screen Certification, *Breath Alcohol Certification, and *Audiometric Certification.
