*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** Rotates, stocks and straightens merchandise and supplies.* Correctly prices all merchandise according to departmental guidelines* Follows proper wrapping and packaging procedure; including the use of the correct size tray and plastic wrap &/or container* Performs basic housekeeping duties using available equipment, (mops, brooms, floor scrubbing and buffing machines, etc.).* Operates all required tools and equipment in a safe manner except when restricted due to age; follows all safety policies and procedures* Cleans all required deli-bakery department tools and equipment* Follows proper procedure for producing all bakery/deli products* Standing and/or walking at a rapid pace for extended periods of time to perform essential job functions.* Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds*SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS:** Maintains a neat and clean work area.* Performs all essential job functions at an acceptable level of speed and accuracy* Perform all job functions with limited supervision* May be required to decorate cakes* Receives and unloads truck deliveries using available equipment and according to established guidelines.* Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds* Ability to work in temperature extremes, (frozen foods & storage cooler maximum low temperature, -10 degrees).* Orders product according to established guidelines in the absence of deli manager* Other duties as assigned* EOE*JOB STANDARDS/REQUIREMENTS:** Follows dress code.* Follows written and oral instructions.* Follows established safety policies and procedures.* Works well with others.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceWork Location: In personby Jobble More...
