Client Advertising Manager -Job DescriptionJob SummaryAs the Client Advertising Manager, youll oversee the work and quality control of the client advertising team. This includes personal involvement and team management of tasks in a variety of platforms including Google ads (PPC), Bing ads (PPC), Facebook ads, YouTube ads, and more. The Client Advertising Manager responsibilities will vary based on client and team needs. The Client Advertising Manager is a proactive, self-starter, with an eye for project organization and process efficiency as well as maintaining team accountability and morale. The Client Advertising Manager position reports directly to the Director of Advertising.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Director of Client Success on strategies for revenue growth and retentionMaintain a high level of team client retentionIdentify, track, and encourage team upsell opportunitiesHold team members accountable to team goals, client growth, and retentionCommunicate regularly with team members to maintain morale, comradery, training, and honest work time.Ensure proper training and onboarding of new strategistsDevelop and maintain concise process efficiencies and training materialsCommunicate with clients as needed via email, phone, and video conferencingEnsure client budgets are spent on a monthly basisDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work, plan and put together monthly reports on results and progress of the team.Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressStay up to date on industry best practices, techniques, and standards and educate the team.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvementMaintain a positive attitude and bring value to our company cultureRegular and dependable attendanceOther duties as assigned by managerKey Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:Strong work ethic and team playerPositive AttitudeAbility to manage time effectivelyAbility to maintain and organize complex project schedulesSelf-motivated, self-starter, self-learnerMinimum 5 years of digital advertising management experienceSubject matter expert of all digital advertising channels (including social media, PPC, LSA, Display, and Youtube)Effective communication skills with multiple departments involved in the clients marketing campaignIdentify internal process improvements for ads management, and collaborate with Director on findings and implementationSelf-motivated, self-starter with the ability to figure things out & research solutions to problems on your ownExcellent verbal and written communication to team members, clients, and supervisorComputer skills (excel/google sheets a plus)Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:Prolonged periods of sittingMay be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessaryMust be able to lift at least 20 poundsCertain management positions might be required to occasional travelby Jobble More...
