DetailsSign-on bonus: Up to $15000.00Department: Med/Surg-Post SurgicalSchedule: Full Time Nights, 3'12 Hour Shifts, 7p.m. to 7a.m.Hospital: Ascension St. Vincent's EastLocation: Birmingham, AL6 West, Post-Operative Bariatric, is a 24-bed unit that focuses on patients who are post-operative weight loss surgery. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
