Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating a safe environment for all attendees.Job Summary:As a Security Manager - Events Security, you will oversee building security controls, manage staff, and assist with large events. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of all staff on the 24/7 Security Team.
• Manage building security controls and technical projects to ensure safety.
• Train, coach, and mentor security staff to optimize performance and ensure compliance.
• Oversee security licensing and tracking for 24/7 and Event Security staff.
• Implement policies and tracking systems in line with local union agreements.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure expectations are met.
• Assist the Events Account Manager with planning and coordinating major stadium events.
• Act as a liaison to local law enforcement and event management.
• Lead investigations and crisis management efforts.
• Foster relationships with local law enforcement.
• Properly handle company equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of security experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience managing people and teams.
  • Ability to travel locally.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with a visitor management system.
    • Experience with staffing over 2,600 hours per week.
    • Experience with a building patrol touring system.
    • Previous military or law enforcement experience.
    • Previous ABI system experience.Physical and Mental Demands:
      • Frequently sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear.
      • Stand or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
      • Occasionally climb, stoop, bend, or reach above shoulders.
      • Work in confined spaces and various outdoor weather conditions.
      • Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 45 pounds.
      • Specific vision abilities required.Work Environment:
        • Office-based with frequent requirements to work at or attend scheduled events in an outdoor environment.
