SummaryThe Systems Support Technician I is a member of the I.T. support team. This position provides end-user computer support at all levels. In addition to end-user support, this position assists with the installation, maintenance and general support of desktops, laptops, and other systems and devices falling under the I.T. Department's responsibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Promotes the Company's mission and values-based culture by delivering quality service and support to all consumers of PlayCore I.T. services. Responds to support tickets, telephone calls, e-mail and direct requests for technical support. Encourages use of support tickets as std request method. Tracks and monitors each request for support to ensure a timely resolution.
Provides support for all electronic devices and connectivity. Coordinates resolution of all communication support issues and requests. Maintains hardware and software inventories. Includes vendor relationships, purchasing, and maintenance contracts. Trains users on proper network usage and procedures. Provides coordination with Corp IT Services for Network and Server upgrades/repairs. Other duties as assigned by Manager or SupervisorCompetencies - Analytical Decision-Making
