Key Responsibilities

Process administrative and financial components of financial clearance, including insurance validation and pre-certification
Utilize third-party payer websites and tools to retrieve coverage eligibility and benefit information
Pre-register patients by obtaining necessary demographic and insurance information for registration and billing


Required Qualifications

Proficient knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurances related to account receivables
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing and reimbursement analysis
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, ICD-10, and CPT/HCPCS code sets
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic working knowledge of UB04 and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) More...
